    What is our Return Policy? 

    For your convenience, we accept online returns. We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 15 days of delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Shipping costs and/or paypal fees will be subtracted from refund. Refund will not be issued until item has returned to me and is in refundable condition per my discretion. 

    Please Note: Once your return has been received, you will be sent an email to let you know it has been received and that your refund has been issued. From this time, it takes up to 3-5 business days to show up on your credit card, debit card or PayPal account. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment.

    What is the usual turnaround time for returns? 

    The usual turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from the day you give the package to the carrier of your choosing until the merchandise is returned back to me. The refund is issued then. Please keep track of the tracking number to ensure a secured delivery.

    Can I exchange an item for another style or color? 

    At this time we are not able to processes exchanges if you ship the merchandise back to us. Please place a new order for the style and color you want and contact us to get the return authorization. Again buyer is responsible to cover shipping costs for any item sent back to us.

    What is your policy on damaged items? 

    If you receive damage or defective items, we will be able to either replace or refund you within 5 days of delivery. Please notify us immediately via our contact form and we will send you a return label. As soon as the item is received back, you have the option to receive the same item or an item at the same price as the returned item, or receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. 

    How do I return an item I received as a gift? 

    You may contact us through our contact form. The gift recipient is responsible to cover shipping costs to send back as a return. Once the item is received back, an E-Gift Card equal to the amount paid for the merchandise will be emailed to the gift recipient so they may purchase a different item.
