We'll send you a password which will allow you to browse our wholesale catalog online, review our terms and policies, and order online with your retailer discount. Please feel free to call or email with any questions that you may have.
THE IMPORTANT STUFF
Here's a quick list of the things you really need to know:
- Our opening order minimum is $150 (must have a minimum of $300 in cart to apply promo code)
- Our minimum for re-orders is $100 (must have a minimum of $200 in cart to apply promo code)
- Once you apply to be a stockist and are approved, you'll be given a wholesaler password. This password will apply a 50% wholesale discount to your order at checkout.
- When you order online, there are no forms, no SKU's to look up, and no hassle at all, we hope! (Please note that prices will not reflect your wholesaler discount until you enter your code at check-out.)
BECOMING A RETAILER
To open a wholesale account, please complete the application on our contact page. This allows us to add your contact information and ordering preferences to our system. We will look over your application right away, and be in touch soon!
TOP SELLERS / SALES STATISTICS
If you are and approved stockist and are interested in knowing Faire Broderie’s top selling items, please let us know and we will be happy to send you a list of our top products, as well as our new products.

PLACING AN ORDER
Once you've emailed us and we chatted a bit, we will email you your wholesaler password. You will need this to shop online. Simply shop via our website as if you were a regular customer, and enter your wholesale discount code at checkout. If you are local to the Dallas area and would prefer to arrange a drop-off or pick-up for your order, please inquire about our Local Wholesaler discount code to negate shipping costs.
If you would prefer to place your order via email, please feel free to send your order request to email@example.com We will send you a purchase link so that you can pay for your order and shipping costs via our website, and once your order is paid for, we'll send it on its way! You'll receive a receipt and tracking information via your email address on file.
All orders must be paid in full before orders can be processed.
If you order online using your wholesale discount code, you will pay for your order immediately via credit card. Shipping charges will be added automatically.
If you order via phone, email, or otherwise, we will tally up the total cost of your order plus shipping and send you a payment link on our website. Payments can be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or JCB.)
SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICING
We suggest a retail price of around 50% higher than wholesale price for all of our products.
All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail from our studio in Dallas, Texas. Domestic orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships. Please notify us if you would like to pay for expedited shipping.
Faire Broderie is not responsible for any carrier delays. The retailer is responsible for covering any duties or customs fees for International orders.
Once order payment has been submitted, please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped.
If your order is a very high quantity, we will let you know immediately with the expected turnaround time.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We request that all cancellations or changes to orders be submitted via email within 12 hours of placing the order. Damaged or incorrectly sent products may be returned. If items arrive damaged, please email photos of the damaged items and packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will happily replace them with the same items, undamaged. Damaged items cannot be exchanged for different items.

We would be happy to make our recommendations for display methods, or send you our product photos via email. At this time, we do not supply our stockists with physical displays.
